What Happens After a Referral

Once a referral is received, Families First Center acts promptly to begin the intake and scheduling process.

Step 1: Intake

All individuals receiving direct services complete an intake with Families First Center. This allows our team to explain services, review expectations, and gather necessary information.

Step 2: Scheduling & Coordination

For supervised visitation or parenting time services, we gather availability from all parties after intake and schedules visits based on current openings.

Step 3: Start Service or Waitlist

We make every effort to begin services promptly. If schedules cannot be aligned, families may be placed on a waitlist and encouraged to explore other providers.
